Welcome to PixelFeast Gaming Cafe. By accessing our website (pixelfeast.com) or visiting our physical premises at Koramangala, Bengaluru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our gaming services and participate in tournaments.

2. Services Provided

PixelFeast Gaming Cafe provides the following services:

• PC gaming station rental (hourly and package-based)
• Food and beverage service (dine-in only)
• Tournament participation and esports events
• Private event and venue booking
• Information and content via this website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Gaming Zone Rules

• Users must book and pay for gaming time at the front desk or via QR code at their station.
• No installation of personal software, games, or applications on PixelFeast computers is permitted.
• Users are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploitation of any game will result in immediate removal without refund and a permanent ban.
• Food and drinks are permitted at stations; users are responsible for keeping the equipment clean.
• Outside food and beverages from other establishments are not permitted.
• PixelFeast reserves the right to refuse service to any individual without explanation.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made before or at the time of service. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and cash. Refunds are not provided for unused gaming time unless the failure was due to equipment malfunction on our part.

5. Event and Tournament Participation

• Tournament entry is open to all guests present in the cafe on event days, subject to available slots.
• PixelFeast reserves the right to modify tournament formats, schedules or prize structures at any time.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Decisions by the tournament referee are final. Disputes must be raised during the event and will be reviewed by our events staff.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. The following behaviours will result in immediate removal from the premises:

• Verbal abuse, threats or harassment of staff or other guests
• Discriminatory language or behaviour of any kind
• Vandalism or damage to property
• Any activity that violates Indian law

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is the property of PixelFeast Gaming Cafe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixelFeast Gaming Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings on the premises. Guests are advised to use the provided lockers.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
